On july 6 some one from i-ben-med called my 91 year old mother with advanced demintia and scamed her out of $447.34 said it was for medical reasons? I called immediately and was told it would be refunded within 21 days I've called every week since and still no refund no materials on what service she should be getting now the third service party that we called at 1-888-778-0081 only has a recording that says call during service hours.
