I replied to an offer for some FREE samples of their product and was told i would only have to pay for the postage and packaging, the Free sample i now recieved yet have had £83.80 taken from my account without permission and a email sent to me comfirming that it was them who charged the amount to my account.
Any help with resolving this issue would be greatly apreicated, thanks
