I was contacted by Chase Fraud Prevention about a questionable charge on my credit card. Sure enough there was an unauthorized charge for $2.50. Chase told me that the likely reason was credit card fraud. They recommended and I agreed to immediately cancel the credit card which was done. I don't know if this company is the problem or if somebody tried to illegally use my card to buy a product from this company. If the latter is the case, then I have no complaint against crctincsupport.com.
