Purchased goods online on 17/8 as their website says it is Australia's best DVD supplier, followed up in October and told goods with local courier and they had incurred extra costs but would not charge me. Followed them up 3 times since and each time I get a reply that goods are with local carrier. Requested a refund have not had a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or DVDKangaroo as they are the same website. It is now Nov 24 and I cannot get a reply from this company.
