Buyer Beware - these are scam artists at their best. Will bill you without your consent, will bill you prior to shipping anything repeatedly, will pretend they can't find your file when you call to complain, will tell you to call back when you receive the order to scam you some more (time periods elapse), will tell you to call for the return address once you receive the order (time periods elapse), won't answer e-mails, operate under different names will make it very difficult to cancel anything and will continue to scam you. Have obtained an RMA number and a return address but haven't even received the shipment yet. Will be calling the bank again tomorrow. Have already disputed the charges with the bank and will be putting in a fraud report. Changing credit cards with the same bank may continue to allow them to bill on the next card. Not sure about changing banks...
