HarborTouch Unscrupulously adds bogus charges to your account

I am happy to say that our contract with this company is ending soon. My purpose in writing is to warn others. I notice the company is changing names—and no wonder—they have such a bad reputation as United Bank Card. When people search that name the complaints are numerous.

In the three years I have done business with them I have had to contact the company repeatedly regarding charges that they try to sneak into my account. When called, they do credit, but you have to sit on the phone for long periods of time waiting for an agent to whom you can complain. I suspect they know that a certain number of people will not carefully check their bank statements or, if they do, will not take the time to complain so they must get away with some of this.

I am ending my contract with this company. The time I spend dealing with their underhandedness is time I could spend building my business. They advertise very low rates but they make up for it with these silly charges. Do not do business with United Bank Card or whatever they want to call themselves.
