You will be led to beleive the contract was for some other reason and you won't come to realize that he lied about the content in the contract that you were signing. He will verbally manipulate the meaning behind the contract terms, while on paper it will appear as if his actions are valid. There has been speculation among others that a bankruptcy was filed on behalf of the defendants in order to dismiss this breach of contract case in an attempt to help the defendants avoid getting this case in favor of the plaintiffs after which time, if the case wasn't dismissed, once the case ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, the ruling could be used to proceed with charges of fraud against the defendants due to the reasons surrounding the breach of contract.
