I had to deal with bait and switch, over charges, misinformation, breach of contract, phones that didn't work. I could have gone as far as going to court at that time. I met with 1st lawyer he wanted to settle, but must talk with his boss. I found out the t mobile had spent $30,000 already with the law firm of nixonpeabody. After giving them all my documents proof of problem the lawyer #2 mark deckman was stalled this issue by not following with me on the case. I think he is making the decision regarding the case not t mobile. I feel the law firm is pocketing the money t mobile gave them to settle this matter.
