I ordered slimtone plus and body cleanse. They took a week to arrive and within 14 days of ordering i cancelled the slimtone plus. I then sent back the package within 21 days as specified on the phone when I rang. This company have taken 85 euro out of my bank account as they say it could have got lost in the post as they havnt received it. A very rude guy told me I was supposed to register the package again this is not stated anywhere to my knowledge. He basically told me it was my own fault this has happened and i will not be getting my money back. I have cancelled all orders with this money grabbing company and will let everybody know that this has happened.
