Not maintaining the up keeps of the apartment

I moved in apt. The 1st of Nov. there was only one burner on the top of the stove working, there was no door on my mailbox. There fourth I can not get any mail. I have call the manager office over five times there have not been anything done, I have been unable to cook & I have children. Also the hot water stop working on the 21st of Nov. And there havnt anything been done about any of this. No one with children should have to live like this.
