On October 31 Bill Harris stole $1,500.00 in cash and attempted to leave US. I filed a larceny report and he was detained by police at airport to interview prior to his departure to Costa Rica On 11/3 Bill Harris started new standup paddle tour company called 'Coconut Adventures in Nosara, Costa Rica with the stolen cash. I contacted his partner Steve Reyes who advised he did not want to hear anything more from me as he trusted Harris.
