I requested a membership on 11/19 in error. Same day, almost right away, I request not to charge my account, to cancel the membership. Regardless of my numerous messages through their site and through e mail, they went ahead and charged my account. Up to today I have gotten no answer. This is completely unethical and deceiving.
I want a complete refund of the charges. Below is my invoice number
