The miss selling of award points or points for cash. Cash awarded is very different to the cash promised. The co=operative membership. Spend a pound and receive a point, when this is transferred to cash you receive half a point. Previous years we have received the whole point or full pound once converted. There is no mention of co-op reducing their award scheme from a full point to half a point in money value.
