Ripoff I paid a mebership fee to this company and then you buy points which different things cost different points

July 15 I bought 10 points I did not use any of them. Today I logged on and my points were all gone. I bought 5 more today and then I had six where the extra 1 came from I don't know I put in 1 request that cost 1 point and now I have 0 points again and they never sent me ANY

I have bought 15 points from this company I only put in 1 request since then that cost 1 point they took 13 poinbts from me and never sent me any info that I requested kept me waiting for 10 hours to retrieve it and they sent me nothing. Now I have no points left so I guess they took 15 I bought 10 points for 24.95 on July 15 and 5 for 14.95 today. Today is the only time I have logged on to the site since I bought the first 10 point

I tried to get help but all they did was give me the run around blame it on a 3rd party and never ever gave me an answer to why they took my points.

This has cost me 40.00 besides my membership and they never gave me what I asked just kept me waiting for 10 hour telling me to wait while they were retrieving my information. Then after that they all of a sudden were gone and I got no info.
