I am disappointed that I have to write this. I am a makeup artist, hired by Valplast Int'l to provide hair and makeup services for the Valplast representatives attending the Shanghai Dental Expo in Shanghai, China on October 26-29 of this year. I was retained with a contract, signed on behalf of Valplast by Ms Ninfa Molina, and the services of myself and my team were provided without any problems. However, (i) payment is now past due, (ii) my emails and phone calls are not being acknowledged, and (iii) the document that Ms Molina provided as evidence of the required advance deposit was not legitimate and the deposit was never made. I hope that this complaint results in Valplast honoring its contract and depositing payment per the agreed terms.
