Checked my online bank statement and saw a check was posted to my account in the amount of 30.00. Being I am a broke single mom, I know i DID NOT authorize anyone or company to withdraw my money. Called the company through the number listed on the check and at first i got a recording saying they are recieving a high number of calls and to leave a message. I contacted the bank and filed a dispute then called the number back and got a lady that couldn't speak english telling me that she could not refund my money, she didn't seem familiar with the concept of FRAUD or theft. She was not going to put anyone else on the phone because she is the only person there, I asked if it was indeed her company that fruadulantly took my money and all she kept saying was I had to take a loan from her to get my money back - no refund possible. Meanwhile the theft that company did through my bank account into overdraft and I am stuck with the bill? I don't think so. Contacting an attorney and shutting them down.
