I can said that its a business trap after several phone call to ask for refund. I order the trial product for US$2.95 but they come with a shipping & handling for C$20.16 more. I do pay for it as I want to try their product and trust their company. However, they continue to charge US$79.98 2 times from my credit card account and sent 2 more items 2 weeks after which I didn't order at all. I called the customer service and they agreed to refund me back both as its within 30 days trial period and gave me the RMA for return. Finally they only credit me back one item and said case closed. I just wonder why they can withdraw from credit card without approval.
