Call from a woman with an accent, who could not remember her script. She stated that she was from the US Dept. Of Grants and I had been selected. I informed her that she was fraudulently stating a relationship with the US Govt and was committing a crime. She hung up. As I am on the no call list, she is also guilty of this as well.
