I cancelled my account and was still charged for 39.95! After i received a bag that i noticed was dirty on the inside in september, i skipped the month of october and on the 7th of oct i called the 1866 number and requested a cancellation of my acct. On the 20th of novemeber dell took out an amount from my bank acct, as they were supposed to, and couldn't therefore resulting in an overdraft fee from pffcu (my bank acct) and a late fee from dell! I shouldn't have to pay for teir negligence! All these charges total to about 75.00!
