Took 79 pounds out of my bank account, never heard of these people, never gave permission for them to debit it from my account. I have informed my bank, i now have to be sent a new card and pin number, and have signed a form saying i dont know whos these people are, and have no right to take money from my acccount, the bank have refunded me, and will be looking into this
