Booked deal on living social. Nothing like description. Supposed to fly Jetstar ended up worst flight in my life with Airasia. Supposed to get welcoming and departure drinks and free meal in restaurant. This did not happen. Supposed to be 4 star Accom. Blue Ocean Resort, lucky to be 3 star. Supposed to get stunning mountain or pool views from balcony. Got A Brick wall and a building site with trestles. To make the trip worse than ever Airasia offloaded us on the way home and we had to stay in a 1 star if lucky hotel with no food after arriving at KL at midnight and arriving at this hotel at 3.30 in morning. No way of contacting relatives waiting to pick us up. Had connecting flight on the Sunday back to Brisbane, Airasia didnt care about us being a day late at all. Very poor holiday overall and I blame everyone concerned that is Travelsmoove, Living Social and Air Asia.
