Please read the emails below, I transferred as requested from my bank account on line the amount for an Ipad which this person had advertised on line. I have also text from this person aswell. I now see there are details on line regarding this ipad from other people he has ripped off with the same ipad and also other ipads and iphones. I have contacted the police who told me to report to SCAMS, I have contacted Consumer Affairs, I have also contacted Legal Aid, I don't what to do, I have also contacted my bank who are writing to his to recall the money, but they said 100% I will not get it back as he has to give his permission. I was under the impression that because I had the email through ebay and all his details as per emails below it was safe. Apparently not, I just want my money back what do I do, he is a thief and Ebay won't take responsibility as he worked it by responding through email and text. My mobile no.
