Ebay ripoff RUDE, POSSIBLE FRAUD, and POOR customer SERVICE massapequa

I purchased a John Cena (item #5198584282) picture autograph from Mr. SCHNEIDER through www.ebay.com on Friday, May 20 about 13:00 hours. Six days later, May 26, I sent Mr. SCHNEIDER an email simply asking when should I expect my package.in his response, he was very rude. I have pasted emails and headers below. Anyone wanting me to forward them a copy of an email please post leaving your email address.

Mr. SCHNEIDER is very rude and I suggest not doing any business with him. I do not know how he got so many positive comments. I do know that recently, he has been getting alot of negative comments. I can only tell you of my experience with this man. Notice, my question never gets answered. I had to delete the "email addresses" due to posting rules. I still did not receive my picture.

I need to know if you mailed out my picture yet and when I can expect it. If you are not going to mail it to me, then I expect a FULL REFUND. Please let me know what you choose. If I do not hear from you, I will do whatever needed, including filing a complainait with FCC.
