I was told that i will get my money back via ltdif ins. Company. That was nov. 9. It's nov. 19. The company does not exist. Delta airways was to ship a purchased african gray parrot. Oct. 22. No shipment was made. So i asked for my money back they have many email to me giving me the run around. Pls. Help
