Ripoff African Grey parrot for adoption Internet

Miscellaneous

I had answered an add for an African Grey parrot for adoption, so I contacted this person to find out what I had to do, at first they said just pay shipping, well then they said that they wanted $250 for the bird and shipping, well all total the shipping and the bird came to $400, so I sent the money, needless to say the next e-mail said that the bird would have to be quarintined before it could be shipped when I told them in that case I didnt want the bird and for them to send my money back I got a rather rude email saying that it was my loss. I have tried to send emails but get no answer to any of them, I have kept all the emails that took place between the two of us, just in case something like this happened. I even had a friend email and ask about the bird and I got that there was no quarintine and that there would be no problem sending the bird. This really makes me mad that people can scam money off hard workin people the way they do.
