Received a text on my cell indicating I won a $1,000 Best Buy gift card. Text came from phone number 323-807-9031. Asked me to enter code #8228. Is this infact a scam or not? I have not gone to the site. It may be a coinsidence that I recently did a custom survey for Best Buy based on the good service I recently had at the store.
