I was trying to buy a car off of Craiglists. The lady Rebcca Gibbson said i would have to go through Ebay as a 3rd party verfiy. I was told to send the money throguh money gram. I did and then they emailed me back sayign i needed to make another transcation of 1,300 for insurance on the car and i would be reinbursted for the second 1,300 i sent. I called Ebay hotline to see if it was a scam Ebay said no i had to send the 1,300 because that was there policy. Then i called back and the guy said it was a scam and hung up on me.
