Perm gone bad. Hair is burned. I got no apology and they even had the nerve to try to blame it on me. I was made to feel like they thought I was trying to pull some thing over on them. The only way I could have made it look this bad is to have come home and set my hair on fire! Didn't happen. They have added insult to injury. I'm embarrassed and never want to go back. I just want my money back.
