This company called with my credit card names and current balances indicating they could help me lower my credit card interest rates guaranteeing me to save $2500.00 in interest payments and pay my debt off sooner. I decided to give them a try. They immediately mailed me paperwork to complete with my total debt and percentages to current. I completed the paperwork and was scheduled to phone consult with financial supervisor. I have been scheduled 3 times and have only spoken to a person once. Since then I have had my next consults cancelled due to illness, overbooked schedules and now technical issues. The last call I received I was told they issues would be resolved by 11/9. I have not be able to reach company as the voicemail states they are experiencing technical difficulites which will be resolved shortly. This is the message when attempting to view their website: NOTICE: This domain name expired on 10/07 and is pending renewal or deletion. Now I am out $795... Expensive way to learn a lesson regarding credit card scams.
