He has a free attorney, more or less, who agrees to take a cut in the profits after each lawsuit is won.innocent people just give in to this GREEDY PIG!

The poor handymen in this building don't even want to do a job for him since he pays them a grand tip of $5.00 for a difficult job at that, ask Santiago or anyone in the building for that matter.
