Ripoff Quitclaimed Deed Fogery

Dorothy and I were married three years ago. It did not go well, so I filed for divorce. One year prior to the divorce my wife and I bought a condo, now she has forged my name to a quitclaim deed to exclude me as owner of the property. Once I signed for the condo my wife became very stange and began alianating me from her life. She is now the sole owner of the condo. Charges have been filed. She did not notify me that she was going to do this nor was she granted permission by me to do so. Mr. Poole will also be brought up on charges because he was negligent in notarizing the document with out verification. If he had verified he would know that I was not the person that signed. I had a meeting with my soon to be ex-wife and she boldly stated that she signed my name to the quitclaimed deed.
