I toke out a loan a few yrs ago. And I have paid more then my owe on my loan every month for yrs. And I ask why my account doesn't show any extra payment or any extar money taken off my loan.
Thay have NO answer for me, but won't take the money off my loan that I have paid, or return it to me.
I don't know what to do. Since Jan 1.2012. I have paid over $1,700. Oo on my loan. And only a few hunder dollars as been taken off.
I don't understand why they can't tell me where my money is, or what they did with it.
And I am no more ahead on loan payments.
