I received a call one day stating I was approved for a credit card with a credit line of $2,500. I would need to write a ck. For $299 (covering the one time application/processing fee). They connected me with a person from identicall to confirm everything and I was given their phone # which was 866-312-4936. Also, they gave me a prescription number for the health benefits even though I told them I did not need it. That prescription # was 18663124936. The identical rep. Gave me a tracking number which was #1230327.

I had a bad feeling about this company and usually follow my gut instincts. So, I tried to call the company to cancel before the date the check was to have posted and the msg. On the other end just played over and over again. The message then said I was being transferred and it just kept repeating... Then went back to the original message. I tried calling them 5-6x and never reached anyone. I went to my bank, explained the situation and asked to stop payment on the check and then the next day they said that the payment went through via ACH electonically even though I had a check number.

I tried calling the customer # again and was able to leave a voice mail message yet noone ever returned my call.

I want this to be thoroughly investigated and I also want someone to follow up with me. This is outrageous! It happening to someone even once is enough... And now I see there are many rip off reports on file. This is not a light matter. Now my phone rings off the hook with many telemarketers calling with the same ol' story, full of empty promises & meaningless contact information. I want this company put on the Better Business Bureau's black list of fraudulant companies and put out of business once and for all!
