Miscellaneous

Was in the middle of traveling between florida and illinois due to relative hospitalization and while in my home base of florida my computer crapped out.., so this company by strange consequenly happens to call me, and yes presented themselves as microsoft affiliates.., etc. So bought the program.., they fixed. My mind was so over whelmed i should have got the clue right off.., like called the fbi for how the "heck" did they know what condition my computer was in right then,

It gets worse for as i arrive back from illinois thee said company calls me stating that they need to refund my money due to my financial situation. Well im very sick, on medication. Never should have taken the call but hummm money back ok.
They proceed to state the money will go back on my credit card via western union. Well i have not used this service much but enough to know that as thee said company was doing so via my computer i noticed that the receiver... That should be me the screen got small., the name was wrong. And then the destination was wrong..,

So i came out of my medicated fog long enough to cut the call., cancel all my credit cards, bank cards etc... For thee said company was trying to take money from my accounts...

So how do we catch, stop, prosecute and keep them out of our systems??? What program do i need now???
How do we stay safe???
