They debited my bank account without my permission, despite saying they had it. I called and was told I could get a refund in a week. I called again and was told if my bank sent a statement guaranteeing that my check would not be returned then it could be returned in 24 hours. Guess what? My bank's statement was obviously not good enough. They claim that it has to take 10 days before it is cleared to them. Bull. Now, I am sure on the 21st I will have to call back and ask where it is. Supervisor was Matt. Best Disabled Veterans Day gift I have ever received.
