I purchased an X5 mop from this company around the 18/10 for what seemed like a bargain price of £70.00 including postage, it arrived on the 26th (late) and after trying it out proved faulty, so we returned the item to the specified address (£8.00 postage) and the company acknowledged receipt of the product on the 31/10, where they suggested that a full refund would be in my account 2-3 days later. No such refund has been given since then and after numerous emails I have a suspiscion that my money is lost... Money I can ill afford to lose.
