I'm from the UK and I bought the advertised steam mop but when it eventually arrived (in September) after much chasing up of the order, it was faulty, dangerously overheating and becoming too hot to hold.
I asked for information about how to return it, followed the instructions immediately.
No acknowledgement was made by their customer service. After I had emailed several times I received a request for proof of postage which I immediately emailed. Since then I have had emails (in very poor English) asking for me to send again but no response to my request for a refund and I am still waiting. It is now 4 months! This is becoming increasingly like a huge scam although the website appeared genuine. The steam mop I ordered was as described so they must be getting them from somewhere. I would warn anyone who is potentially looking for any thing this company/person has on offer to look elsewhere.
