The Mortgage law group consultation on Feb. 24 resulted in an attempt to assist me with an home modification mortgage program within 90-120days that was to take place in (3) phases. Phase 1, Phase2, and Phase 3. With an intial down payment of $1200.00, then a monthly payment of $800.00 for 3 payment for the phases (3). However, this was not true the monthly payments continued from my account, even when the account was negative past the three payments. And the home modification is still not approved after 8 months of debiting my account. The Services has been horrible, no timely response when paper work sent in, delays in processing paperwork, week delays in request for paperwork, due to staff being on leave, quitting, etc. I really think the "Mortgage Law Group" purposely, and deceitfully delays the process to defraud and take more money from consumer such as myself who is in dire need of help with their mortgage. This company is in injustice, and inhumane company that is taking advantage of people in their time of need. Something must be done to stop this company, PLEASE! Upon calling the company I was yelled and hollowered at during conversation by the person name above in this complaint, who was the most unprofessional in communications. I attempted to explain my situation of being defrauded during a time of financial distress, and the person named above stated " you knew what you were getting into " yelling. I requested verbally and in writing a request for a refund for no service, and was told by this person referenced that I would not be given a refund. I just cannot comprehend how I have been defrauded by this company, during a time of need. Thank you
