This is how it started I have a magazine company that had all my info. As far as my credit card and account number which they took out their payments each month. Well one day i recieved a call saying thank you for paying for your magazines on time which I replied thank you and was told that they had a gift for me with no charge to send to me no shipping cost and I said thank you and then was told they wanted to update my address and my account number so I did thinking that It was my original magazine company.

The company was Publishers Renewal Services which used my account. When I noticed on my statements from my bank that I was paying for 2 diffrent magazine companies i contacted my bank to get the numbers of them which I contacted.

I talked to a guy and told him that i canceled my card and only wanted to do things by mail and asked if he would send me a statement which he said that as a customer I can not request this and he would make note of it. Then when I asked him why he could not send me this in the mail he said that it would cost them money.

I was furious!
