Like most of you I got ripped off by this company. I ordered an IPod Nano only to be told via email by a Susan that they were out of stock until the end of the month. I have sent several e-mails along with making several calls to customer service to try and get a status update on my refund. Needless to say, I have yet to receive a response from them.
