I applied online for a personal loan. I received a call from a man named david from ge capital bank saying i was approved for a loan of 9,000.00.. He said to purchase a green dot card FOR $300.00 so my loan can go on there and the money would go back as well, so i did that. Then he called me back saying to go and purchase a money pak for $400.00 FOR INSURANCE OR THEY COULD NOT SEND THE LOAN, so i did that also. Then i had to call them several times and then he told me that my loan was for $5,000, 00 NOT 9,000.00... Then i tried the card when they told me that the money was transferred and then they said i did it wrong and my account got locked. So i needed another money pak for $200.00 to unlock the account. Then i called today to ask where is my loan, they said that david quit andto call a number and ask for a man named calvin, when i did this he told me to pay a debt i supposeingly owed from 2010 for 520.00 (thats a total lie) (i do not owe anything) and if i didnt pay him that today, then im faceing legal action... This is more than a scam... Its a tragedy! Praying for help!!
