I too was asked to do an online survey, and to pay shiping and handling for a new cloogne. The shipping was 7.99, two weeks ago, and now today got 95.00 taken out of my account. I never agreed to anything like this nor would I!!! I am (Inappropriate Content Removed) that this so called company would do this and getting away with it. I now have to change my bank account and get a new debit card, and go back to the old days where you pay by check i the mail. I am so not happy and the BBB beter do something about this!!!
