This morning I got an unsolicited text from 619-346-5565. This is what it said, "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 3847 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs." This is an obvious scam. I am on the DO NOT CALL registry, but how does that work with text messages?
