On 10/12 bought a trial offer of Avesil? For $3.95 [CHECK CRD PURCHASE 10/11 AVE*Avesil 866-7303330 FL (credit card # & other numbers will be furnished upon request)? MCC=5969]
Then my Wells Fargo acct was debited on 10/30 for $89.95 and also on a pending debit for 11/13 for a greater amount of $95.90 —I did NOT authorize any of these auto-debits.

I contacted my Wells Fargo Claims department today and have filed 2 claims for these 2 transactions which they are following up on. I have reference numbers for these two claims if you need to cross-reference.
