I canceled but they didnt

I applied for a "free trial" period of avesil shortly after i cancelled on the internet. They claim that they never received the cancellation and continued to charge me. So I then cancelled again and called up customer service. They were rude and did nothing for me saying that their system was flawless and i didn't cancel so they cant do anything about it.
