My tech help misled me to believe they were apple support and I spent five hours trying to fix my computer and load anti virus security bundle on my computer. I had to fight to get back my initial $170.00 for the service they provided. The employees are told to only stay on the line for a certain amount of time and then disconnect so that you have to phone them back. It was a very frustrating and humbling experience.
