On 10/30 my bank account was charged $39.95 which was not authorized by me. I have no idea who this company is and how they got my debit card. I spoke with someone at the company who told me that I wouldn't be charged, but they went ahead and charged my debit card anyway.

I was charged the $1.00 fee on my debit card that I was suppose to pay. Now this company has charged me another $11.95 on my debit card. Both charges have different auth# non them. And of course you can't talk to any one at the company

I went to my bank yesterday and discovered that I'd been charged a debit of $14.95 which I had not authorized. The name on the bank's printout sais RK Nethelp. I had to cancel that debit card
