I started to sign up for their 1 year service. Before I completed the transaction I lost the connection. This was on 9/13. However they must have received enough information to compete the transaction and charged my credit card. I saw the charge and immediately sent them a note on 9/13 to cancel. On 9/15,2 days of the 3 days to cancel, they sent a response. Please confirm that you want to cancel. I didn't see the note until after the 3 day period had passed. I asked them again, more than once, to cancel. I get the stock response, "what can I do to help and here is a better offer". If you still want to cancel let us know. So I did and again a similar response from them. So now they want to charge me $14.95 plus the cost of one month of service. I have started a dispute claim with my credit card company.
