Pump not working

I pulled the station at 7006 palmetto cir boca raton fl 33433. This was at 3;45pm. I only pumped 12.12 gals of dies fuel. I finshed at 4;32pm. The pump did not pump a gallon in 5 minutes. I went into the stationand spoke with a person who said he was manager. He told me that is the way it was and noithing wrong. After approx 40 minutes the auto was full but the pump would not shut off. I got it to shut off and went into the stationand told the maqn again. He followed me out and then rturned with a red bag and put itout of service on Disel pump. The other side also had the same troublebut nothing done aqbout it. At least 4 other cars pulled in an attempted to pump gas and got disgusted and left. I think it was a disgrace the way the station is operated. Theu did not do anything to cleaqn up the spill whikch was alot
