Purchased electronic items and paid through paypal, didn't receive the item after over 24 hours. I tried to contact them via their "live chat" and they subsequently put me on ignore.

The best part is, after I opened a paypal dispute against them, one of their "manager" replied saying he could resolve this and asked me to contact them again through the "live chat". He tried to trick me into dropping the dispute and then immediately closed the chat.
